Mix between two characters Noodle(Gorillaz) and San(Princess Mononoke)
This was an artwork I did for an illustration course. The task consisted in mixing two characters from different media and experiment with the result until creating a balanced and good-looking design.
I chose the characters of Noodle from the band Gorillaz and San from Princess Mononoke. I thought that working with two characters from a different background would bring an interesting result.
The character of San has a free spirit and brave personality that, to my mind, fits quite well with Noodle, who is the guitarist of the virtual band Gorillaz and a rockstar.
It was a really fun mix indeed!
